Become a FOSTER PARENT
Lakeside Community Committee is contracted by the Illinois Department of Children and Family services (the Department) to provide foster care and kinship care services to abused and neglected children and youth who can no longer be safely maintained in their birth parent’s home. The age of the clients Lakeside services can range from newborn until the courts determine that wardship should be terminated—never exceeding twenty-one years of age.
